I joined Murakami after studying machinery at a polytechnic college for two years, but I was overwhelmed by the craftsmen’s skills that I could actually see and experience firsthand in Murakami. I am glad that they are friendly to me, regardless of my age.

A. It feels rewarding when the production control and quality control systems I developed are highly evaluated. I feel glad that I could leave my mark on things. We sometimes receive orders that are difficult in terms of delivery time and quality, but we have a system in place where we can work together across departments, so everything goes smoothly.
